Training / Team-Building Sessions

Team meetings are designed to prepare both our minds and our hearts for going into the prison. Therefore it is essential that team members attend all four sessions. There you will gain new insights into how the Weekend will progress, how to interact with inmates, and how to be an effective witness for Jesus Christ. And throughout the team building process, you will grow in knowledge and love for fellow volunteers as you practice the Kairos motto, “Listen. Listen. Love. Love.”
